Is it possible to order as an end user?
Since we’re a wholesaler, we only sell to authorized dealers. Please use our “retailer search for end users” to find the nearest store or online shop.
How can I register?
To register as a new customer, please click on “LOG IN” and “REGISTER” on the top right of the website and fill in the registration form. In order to ensure that you’re a dealer, please send us your business registration via upload, email or fax. Right after we’ve reviewed your registration, the log-in data will be sent to you.
Why don’t I receive my log-in data?
Please make sure you filled in the registration form completely and sent us your business registration. We review all registrations individually. Thank you for understanding that this process could take some time.
How can I see the prices in the online shop?
Only registered customers can see prices and availability. If you already have your user data just log-in.
What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount for the first order is EUR 500,- and EUR 100,- net for all following orders. If you would like to request samples please contact our sales department.
Article pictures and descriptions
Product data like pictures and descriptions are available in the download section and may be used until further notice. We reserve all rights to pictures, images and other contents. Please note that the download section is only available when you’re logged in.
Customers
What should I do if I forgot my login-data (user name/password)?
Please click on “LOG IN” and then on “Forgot Password”. Enter your e-mail address and click "Reset password". After you will receive an e-mail with a link for resetting your password. Please contact us if you’re not sure which email-address you used for the registration.
How can I change my customer data?
In order to change your customer data click on your customer "account”. Here you have the possibility to change your billing address, add delivery addresses and see your order history and change your password.
Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
After the order has been placed, it will be processed as quickly and carefully as possible. Changes and cancellations are only possible in absolutely exceptional circumstances and will be charged.
Is it possible to get discount?
We may grant discount on special projects or large quantities. Please contact our sales department.
What should I do if I have a claim?
Please see “Claims/Transport Damage” below.
Is it possible to exchange faultless goods?
Exchange of faultless products is not possible. Thanks for your understanding.
Return shipment
Please consider that we can only accept your return shipment if sufficient postage has been paid.
Payment Methods
Which payment methods do you offer for customers abroad?
We offer prepayment by wire transfer. Please note that we do not accept credit cards.
When do I get my invoice?
After we received your order, we start packing as soon as possible in order to evaluate the shipping costs and the current availability. Afterwards we send you a proforma invoice. You can find the total amount, as well as the payment instructions in this e-mail. Please note that this process could take up to 5 days. We kindly ask you to indicate your customer- or order number on the payment slip to enable a fast assignment.
Shipping
How do you ship my order?
Usually all small orders will be shipped by DHL, GLS or UPS.
Can I pick up orders by myself?
Yes, that’s also possible. Please inform us as soon as you place your order and let us know the pick-up date. It’s possible to pay cash on collection.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Usually it takes 3-5 days.
Where can I submit my delivery address?
You can submit your delivery address right before you place an order, or send us an e-mail (sales@max-fuchs.de). To avoid misunderstandings and delays please inform us immediately.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the amount, weight and size of the parcels and will be calculated individually for each order. We always try to find the cheapest delivery method.
Is it possible to organize shipping by myself?

Where can I find my tracking number?
Please contact us, if you need your tracking number. From this moment on, we send you your tracking numbers automatically by the end of the day.
Claim/Transport Damage
How do I proceed with a complaint?
Despite careful quality controls, it cannot be fully excluded that we ship defective products (e. g. wrong size, production fault, incorrect delivery, etc.). Please contact us immediately via email: horst.froemel@max-fuchs.de.
Please note the following points when you return items:
- Complaints of defects are only taken into account when they are made immediately in written form after receipt of the goods.
- We cannot accept returned goods without previous notification.
- Legitimate restitutions have to take place within 14 days after notification.
- We will generally issue a credit note for returned goods.
- For restitutions without a legitimate reason we shall charge a handling fee of 25 % of the original price.
Damage in Transit
Please check every shipment immediately at delivery for intactness! If the package is damaged, taped or repaired by the transport company, please file complaint of the damage with the deliverer immediately and ask for a written confirmation. In case of doubt, refuse the acceptance of the delivery and contact us. You find further information in our General Terms & Conditions.
Article Assortment
Packing Units
Some of our products are only offered in packing units, these articles are not sold single or in a lower quantity. These quantities are shown at the selected article in our online shop. Please note: Sizes of used items in a pack are mixed and can’t be chosen.
Bulk Prices
Bulk prices only apply if the asked quantity is purchased of one size!
Why vary some goods in size and color?
Sizes may vary because of style, material and manufacturing process. For each supply the fabric is produced separately and may be different in color and printing. The data of the size charts serve as guidelines. If you’re not sure which size is best please contact us.
Military Surplus, used – like new
Products marked as “used” may have signs of wear, storage marks, smell, etc. These products are excluded from exchange! “Like new” products are unused and partly in the original packaging, yet they may have traces of storage and are excluded from exchange.
